Refund & returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we  can’t offer you a refund or exchange if it has been more than 30 days.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for the following items:

    • Digital Downloads
    • Custom Embroidery
    • Custom Drafted Patterns
    • Performance Fees for Plays and Skits
    • Sale Items

Damaged Items

If damage is due to shipping, please contact the carrier.

If you receive a defective item that you believe is not due to shipping, please contact us at [email protected] for replacement with a duplicate or similar item.

Returns

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected].

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please email us at [email protected].

You will be responsible for the difference between the price of the return item and the new item. You will also be responsible for both the original shipping charges and return shipping charges for the return item, as well as shipping charges for the new item.

Shipping Charges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
